This photo of an intense, yet beautiful sunset is one of my favorites. The bright, white sun just radiates beams of light out into the orange sky and it almost looks heavenly. I'm very happy to have been able to capture this moment on film.

Hello! My name is Leslie Jean Porter and I am an artist working in Southern California. Throughout my life I have expressed myself through a variety of media, including film, photography and costume, but my current passion is painting. After graduating from Bard College in New York, I began a whirlwind career across Europe. I worked with everyone from fashion designer Louis Feraud to renowned indie film director Robert Altman.
