This photo captures the heat and energy of the desert. I love how you can see the texture in the sand, as well as the different shades of orange and sienna. I hope the viewer experiences the same calming that I feel when I see this photo.

Hello! My name is Leslie Jean Porter and I am an artist working in Southern California. Throughout my life I have expressed myself through a variety of media, including film, photography and costume, but my current passion is painting.
